Hot and Tangy Eggs are gently poached in a simmering base of our ready to use Sorpatel Gravy.

You will need
A can of Costa’s Sorpatel Gravy
3-4 Eggs
Chopped Cilantro or Parsely

Open the can and heat gravy in a skillet.
Crack open the eggs one by one and gently add to the simmering gravy leaving enough space between the eggs.
Let it cook through as desired, depending on whether you prefer the eggs well done or yolks runny.

Lastly, sprinkle a fresh handful of chopped cilantro or parsely and serve hot with rote, rice or bread.
This dish can be enjoyed anytime over lunch, dinner or even breakfast.
