Costa’s canned curries are 100% Vegetarian which makes our margao curry a perfect base for a quick and delicious vegetarian pairing.
This version uses Paneer Cubes and peas. if you are vegan, or prefer dairy free alternatives, you can substitute with Tofu.

You will need
A can of Costa’s Sorpatel Gravy
A bowl of paneer cubes
A bowl of green peas

Saute the paneer cubes gently.
Open the can and add to the paneer cubes and heat gently.
Add peas and let it simmer for a few minutes until peas are done.
(you may use boiled or frozen peas to quicken the process).
Serve hot with rotis or rice.
